3 Important numbers you need to register for to create a legitimate online private practice.

EIN (employer identification number) this number allows your business to be registered with the IRS and allows you to apply for business credit cards and loans under your EIN instead of your SSN. Obtaining and EIN is free.

NPI (National Provider Identification Number) for healthcare providers (needed for insurance carriers etc).

CAQH (Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare)

Obtain a virtual address to avoid putting your personal address on your business documentation.

Obtain Liability insurance.
